Refund policy

1. Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 8 days of delivery.

2. Regardless of the preceding paragraph, please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following products.

• Items that have been used
• Items that have been delivered for more than 8 days
• Items that have been scratched or soiled by the customer
• Items without packaging (bag or case)

3. The shipping cost will be borne by us if the product is defective, or by the customer if the product is returned or exchanged at the customer's convenience.

4. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receipt of the returned product, depending on the payment method.
